Xref Announces Retirement of Chair; Appointment of Successor

20 March 2026 – Xref Limited (ASX:XF1) (“Xref” or “the Company”), a leading provider of automated HR feedback and data solutions, today announces that Mr. Tom Stianos has advised of his intention to retire as Chair and Non-Executive Director, effective 30 April 2026.

Mr. Stianos’ decision is consistent with his decision to reduce his board portfolio in order to devote more time to private interests. Following a formal succession process, the Board has unanimously elected Mr. Nigel Heap to succeed Mr. Stianos as Chair, effective 1 May 2026.

Nigel Heap joined Xref after its IPO in 2016 and has since been instrumental in guiding the Company's strategic direction. from a transactional model to a high-margin annuity subscription business. Nigel’s global experience in the HR and recruitment sectors and deep corporate knowledge will ensure a smooth transition in the Chair and he will be supported by the recent appointments of directors Jon Newbery and Jake Philpot.

Outgoing Chair, Tom Stianos, commented:
