Results of Share Purchase Plan (SPP)
Xref Limited (ASX:XF1 or the Company) provides the results of the SPP announced on 21 March 2025. The SPP closed at 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday 22 April 2025. The SPP was open to all eligible shareholders and enabled them to purchase up to $30,000 worth of new fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) in the Company at a price of $0.13 per Share. The Company received valid applications from four shareholders for 173,078 Shares for an amount of $22,500.
The 173,078 Shares will be issued on 30 April 2025 in line with the SPP timetable. The Shares will rank equally with all other fully paid ordinary shares on issue.
