Release of Restricted Securities from Voluntary Escrow
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Xref Limited advises that 2,906,977 fully paid ordinary shares are due for release from voluntary escrow on 5 January 2025. The shares were issued on 19 March 2024 in accordance with the terms of the agreement to purchase Voice Project as announced to ASX on 23 November 2022.
