Xref Limited (ASX: XF1) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Xref Limited (‘XF1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of XF1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 27 September 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

I refer to my telephone call and hereby apply for a trading halt on the Company’s traded securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 for a period of up to two days pending an announcement to the market concerning a material fundraising. The Company expects to make an announcement concerning the fundraising before trading commences on Thursday, 27 September 2018. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
