TRADING HALT

The securities of Xref Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 3 August 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

I refer to our telephone conversation and hereby apply for a trading halt on the Company’s traded securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 for a period of up to two days pending an announcement to the market concerning a material fundraising. The Company expects to make an announcement concerning the fundraising before trading commences on Thursday, 3 August 2017. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
