ISSUE OF SHARES UNDER PLACEMENT
The Board of King Solomon Mines Limited (ASX Code: KSO) is pleased to announce a placement of 11 million fully paid ordinary shares at a price of $0.003 to raise $33,000.
The funds raised are to fund its acquisition of exploration projects, exploration work and for general working capital.
The placement was made to a number of professional investors.
It is anticipated that an Appendix 3B for the issue of these placement shares will be lodged by 13 August 2014.
