ISSUE OF SHARES FOR DIRECTOR SERVICES
In accordance with resolutions passed at a meeting of shareholders on 28 August 2014, the Board of King Solomon Mines Limited (ASX Code: KSO) wishes to announce the allotment of 13,708,334 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of $0.003 to directors or parties associated with directors. These shares were allotted for services provided.
Of these 13,708,334 shares allotted, 6,854,166 are voluntarily escrowed until 30 September 2014 and a further 6,854,168 until 31 December 2014.
This issue of shares enables the company to preserve its cash for acquisition of exploration projects, exploration work and for general working capital
An Appendix 3B for the issue of these shares is attached.
