Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Xref Limited (ASX:XF1) advises that Mr Timothy Mahony has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Board wishes to acknowledge Mr Mahony’s contribution to Xref since the 2016 ASX IPO. Tim was also the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Since his appointment as a Director on 18 January 2016, Mr Mahony has been a valued member of the Board. His experience has helped guide Xref during its transition from a private entity to now being well established as a listed company. The Board thanks Tim for his contribution and service to Xref, and wishes him all the very best for his future endeavours.
