RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of King Solomon Mines Limited advises that Mr. Chris Castle has resigned as a Director of the Company.
The Board wishes to express its thanks for the very considerable contribution Chris has made over his more than 9 years as a director. He was a key force in the successful IPO of the Company as well as being actively involved as a non-executive director of the Company.
Chris has agreed to continue in an advisory role to the Board through to 31 March 2015.
