Appointment of Company Secretary
The Board of King Solomon Mines Limited (ASX:KSO) is pleased to advise that it has appointed Mr Robert Waring as Company Secretary.
Mr Waring has had extensive experience in financial and corporate roles, including 25 years in company secretarial roles for ASX-listed companies and 18 years as a Director of ASX-listed companies. He is a Director of Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd, which provides secretarial and corporate advisory services to a range of listed and unlisted companies.
Mr Waring has been providing consulting services to King Solomon Mines Limited since 2006 and has had a significant involvement with the Company’s business.
