RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of King Solomon Mines Limited advises that Mr. Fu La has resigned as a Director of the Company.
The Board wishes to express its thanks for the considerable contribution La Fu (as pronounced in Chinese) has made over his 10 years as a director. He was a key force in the Company’s founding and in the establishment of its operations in China.
La Fu continues with the Company as the manager in charge of the Company’s operations in China with a focus on selling the principal project (Sonid North).
