2023 Annual General Meeting

Xref Limited (ASX:XF1) (the Company) advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at 5.30pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 13 November 2023 as a virtual meeting. Shareholders can attend virtually on Zoom. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, XF1 advises that any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm on 12 October 2023. The Notice of Meeting and other information regarding the AGM will be issued shortly after that date.
