2020 Annual General Meeting

Xref Limited (ASX:XF1) (Xref or the Company) advises that the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at 4:30pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 25 November 2020 at Xref’s office (address below). In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the AGM must be received at Xref’s registered office no later than 11:00am on 23 October 2020. The Notice of Meeting and other information regarding the AGM will be issued later in October 2020.
