Change of Auditor

Indoor Skydive Australia Group Limited (ASX:IDZ) (ISA Group) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, effective today, Felser Chartered Accountants trading as Accru Felsers ( Accru Felsers ) has been appointed as auditor for the Company.

The appointment follows a process of market testing to generate costs savings conducted by ISA Group. As a result, and in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act, Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd has sought consent from ASIC to resign as auditor of the Company.

A resolution will be placed at the next annual general meeting of the Company to ratify the appointment of Accru Felsers as the Company’s auditor as required by s327C of the Corporations Act.
