Resignation of Director

Indoor Skydive Australia Group Limited (ASX:IDZ) (ISA Group) advises that nonexecutive chairman Ken Gillespie has resigned from the ISA Group Board after almost 6 years of service.

As part of the ongoing process of board succession and renewal, Ken Gillespie indicated to the Company late last year that he did not intend to stand for re-election at the 2018 Annual General Meeting when he was due to retire by rotation. Ken has now submitted his resignation.

Wayne Jones, Chief Executive Officer and director, will act as interim chairman while the process for selecting a Chairman and appointing an additional non-executive director is conducted. Consideration of the desired skills and expertise of any new director will form part of this process.
