Appointment of Directors

Indoor Skydive Australia Group Limited (ASX:IDZ) (ISA Group) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Brett and James Spenceley as directors of the Company.

Jon Brett joins the board as Chairman bringing a high level of financial acumen, independent leadership and a sharp analytical mind. Jon has over 40 years’ experience in the areas of management, operations, financial and corporate advisory and has previously been a board member of a number of different public companies.

James Spenceley is an experienced entrepreneur who is skilled at delivering growth through corporate transactions, organic development and building successful start-up businesses. James founded Vocus Communications which is Australia’s 4[th] largest telecommunications business. He has been recognised twice as the EY Entrepreneur of the Year.

A comprehensive process including an evaluation of the current Board member’s competencies, skills and experience, was followed before the appointment of the new directors.

“ISA Group is pleased to welcome Jon and James to the Board,” said CEO Wayne Jones. “Jon and James are highly regarded for their strong leadership skills and ability to assess business drivers. They bring important skills, which together with the skills of the existing directors, will facilitate the consolidation and repositioning of ISA Group over the next 12 ” months .

Salesh Nischal has also been appointed as Company Secretary as Fiona Yiend will be retiring from the role from 27 September 2018.
