The Company is in the process of finalizing its application to list on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). As part of that process, the Company is required to have its most recently completed interim financial statements reviewed by its auditors. The Company’s interim financial statements for the six months ended January 31, 2021, have now been reviewed by the Company’s auditors. Consequently, the Company is re-filing its January 31, 2021, financials (with corresponding MD&A and certifications). No material changes were noted.
