Vancouver, B.C. March 29, 2022, XRApplied Technologies Inc. (“XRA” or the “Company”) announces, with great sadness, the passing of its long-time director, Yana Bobrovskaya. Geoff Watson, the Company’s CFO, has joined the Company’s board of directors to fill the resulting vacancy.
The Company sends its deepest condolences to Ms. Bobrovskaya’s family and friends. She will be dearly missed.
