Director/PDMR Shareholding

EXPANSYS plc (AIM: XPS), a global provider of end-to-end ecommerce and fulfilment solutions in the consumer electronics and wireless sectors, was notified on 15 January 2014 that on that date, Peter Jones CBE, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 110,250,320 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.525 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Peter Jones CBE is interested in 591,625,237 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 50.92 per cent in the total voting rights of the Company.
