Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has issued Mr. Brian Collie, non-executive director of the Company, with the following ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each, pursuant to the terms of his Employment Contract, based on the closing price of the ordinary shares on 27 March 2013:

Application has been made to AIM for the admittance to trading of 1,851,851 ordinary shares.  Trading is expected to commence on 12 April 2013. 

Following the admission of the 1,851,851 ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share capital will be 1,160,179,812 ordinary shares.   This figure (1,160,179,812 ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
