Cleansing Notice Under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

1. Xpon Technologies Group Limited (ASX: XPN) ( Company ) gives this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ).

2. On 4 September 2025, the Company issued 53,125,000 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) at an issue price of $0.008 per Share.

3. The Company states that:

   • (a) the Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act.

   • (b) as at the date of this notice:

     • (i) the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company;

     • (ii) the Company has complied with sections 674 and 674A of the Act; and

     • (iii) there is no information that is 'excluded information' within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
