We are in the process of listing Worth Peripherals Limited (CIN: L67120MP1996PLC010808) on the BSE Limited through the Direct Listing route. In this regard, we have already received the in-principle approval from BSE vide their letter LO/IPO/AK/DL/IP/17/2025-26 dated July 22, 2025 .

During the listing process, it came to our attention that the trading symbol "WORTH" is already in use on BSE. Since uniformity in trading symbols is required across exchanges, we submitted a request to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for a change in our existing trading symbol.

As part of our application (Reference No. 363 ), we proposed the following symbol for your consideration - WORTHPERI

We are pleased to inform you that the Exchange has approved our request and has issued a confirmation vide letter NSE/LIST/363 dated October 06, 2025 , stating that the trading symbol of the Company will be changed in the Exchange’s records as follows:
