Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Raminder Singh Chadha, Promoter, Chairperson and Whole-Time Director of the Company, has acquired 6,391 equity shares of the Company through an open market transaction.
The aforesaid acquisition is within the prescribed limits under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and other applicable regulations, if any.
Further, we undertake to promptly intimate the Exchanges, within the timelines prescribed under the applicable SEBI Regulations, in the event any disclosure threshold or limit is triggered in relation to future acquisitions.
This disclosure is being made in line with the Company's governance practices and with a view to keeping all stakeholders informed about transactions undertaken by the Promoter/Promoter Group.
