To Consider and recommend Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended on 31[st] March, 2025, if any, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 29[th] Annual General Meeting.
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading in the securities of the Company, the Trading Window had been closed from 01[st] April, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter/ Year ended 31[st] March, 2025.
