VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT ENTERING INTO EPCC CONTRACT FOR HYDROGEN MANUFACTURING UNIT IN THAILAND

This announcement is published on a voluntary basis to keep the shareholders of Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (the ‘‘Company’’, together with its subsidiaries, the ‘‘Group’’) and potential investors informed of the latest business development of the Group.

The board of directors of the Company (the ‘‘Board’’) is pleased to announce that on 3 September 2021, an engineering, procurement, construction and commission (the ‘‘EPCC’’) contract (the ‘‘Contract’’) for a new Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit (the ‘‘HMU-2’’) was entered into between IRPC Public Company Limited and two subsidiaries (one wholly owned and one non-wholly owned) of the Company. The new HMU-2 project is part of the Ultra Clean Fuel Diesel Euro V Project (the ‘‘UCF project’’) located in IRPC Industrial Estate at Rayong province in Thailand.

The intermediate handover of the Contract is expected to take place in the 3rd quarter of 2023. Once completed, the new HUM-2 unit can produce 40,000Nm3/h of high purified hydrogen for the UCF project, which allows the products of the UCF project to meet EuroV Diesel specifications.

The Contract with IRPC Public Company represents a monumental milestone for the Group’s development in Southeast Asia. The Group will continue to implement the strategy of ‘‘establishing global presence’’. For overseas markets, the Group continues to tap into existing markets, and the Group will actively explore emerging markets.

The counterparty to the Contract is a third party independent of the Company and the connected persons of the Company. The Contract was entered into in the ordinary and usual course of business of the Group. The transactions contemplated under the Contract do not constitute a notifiable transaction of the Company.

The Board wishes to state that no forecast or prediction of the profits of the Group has been made with regard to the award of the Contract.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
