VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (the ‘‘Company’’, together with its subsidiaries, the ‘‘Group’’) is pleased to announce that the development and industrial application project of the butene oxidization and dehydrogenation to butadiene technology and catalyst independently developed by Wison Engineering Ltd. (‘‘Wison Engineering’’) (an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), obtained the technological accreditation by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (中國石油和化學工業聯合會). Such technological accreditation fully recognized Wison Engineering’s achievement in technological advancement. The group of experts convened by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation considered that the overall development and industrial application of the butene oxidization and dehydrogenation to butadiene technology and catalyst achieved internationally advanced standards. Wison Engineering has achieved significant technological innovation and improvement in the catalyst and process technologies, which effectively reduced energy consumption and production costs. The prospects of the application of such technology are promising. Currently, such technology has been successfully applied in a butadiene plant project and brought remarkable economic and social benefits.

The Group is committed to the research and development of clean energy and green chemicals, with an aim to contributing to the innovation of chemical technology in China.
