Extension of Automatic Removal of Long Term Suspended Entities

Biron Apparel Limited (“ Biron ”) are pleased to announce the Australian Securities Exchange (“ ASX ”) has granted Biron a short extension to the removal deadline to 26 February 2016, being 3 months from the date on which Biron lodged its prospectus.

Biron will be removed from the official list if it is not reinstated by 26 February 2016.
