Terra Firma Placement update
The Board of Wingara AG Limited (Company) advises that, as of today, the Company has not completed the Placement and Loan Agreement, as announced on 28 April 2025, due to a failure from Terra Firma Equity Limited (Terra Firma) to provide the necessary funding.
At this point in time the Company is considering its legal position. The appointment of Nick Kapes as a Director of Wingara will be postponed indefinitely until this issue has been satisfactorily resolved.
The Wingara Board continues to operate in the best interest of its shareholders and in such case has recommenced discussions with other opportunities and will inform the market as and when required.
This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Directors of Wingara AG Limited.
