TRADING HALT

The securities of Wingara AG Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 15 August 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Wingara Ag Ltd – request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Wingara Ag Ltd ACN 009 087 469 (ASX Code: WNR) requests a trading halt of Wingara Ag ordinary shares effective from the commencement of trading Thursday 11[th] August 2016.

The trading halt is requested at this time as the Company is currently evaluating funding facilities.

Wingara Ag requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market concerning the funding facility and the commencement of trading on Monday 15[th] August 2016.

Wingara Ag is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
