Resignation of Non-Executive Director

The board of Wingara AG Limited (Company) advises that Mr Brendan York, has notified the Board of his intention to resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 11 June 2025.

Mr York has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 23 September 2021 and has served on the Audit and Risk Committee.

David Christie, Chair of Wingara, thanked Brendan for his work with Wingara over the years and said “Brendan has been a significant contributor to the governance of Wingara and his considerable experience, intellect and work ethic on the Board will be missed. We wish Brendan the very best with his future endeavours.”

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Directors of Wingara AG Limited.
