Appointment of Executive Director

The board of Wingara AG Limited (Company) advises that Mr Giuseppe Rinarelli, has been appointed to the board effective 11 June 2025.

Mr Rinarelli has been with the Company since June 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. The terms of Mr Rinarelli’s employment and his remuneration have not changed as a result of his appointment to the Board.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Directors of Wingara AG Limited.
