Wingara Advises Change of Company Secretary

Wingara AG Limited ( ASX: WNR ), (Wingara or Company ), owner and operator of value-add, midstream assets specialising in the processing, storage and marketing of agricultural produce for export markets, advises the resignation of Mr Oliver Carton and the appointment of Ms Vanessa Chidrawi as Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Ms Chidrawi had 12 years’ private practice experience in commercial law and litigation, practicing for her own account in Johannesburg. Over the past 15 years, she has acted as General Counsel and Company Secretary for a number of ASX- and TSX-listed companies. She has held senior executive positions in the mining industry across Australia and S-E Asia. Ms Chidrawi holds Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce qualifications and brings with her a wealth of experience in corporate governance, management, mergers and acquisitions, board advisory and capital raising in the listed company space.

The Board would like to thank Mr Carton for his service to the Company and welcomes Ms Chidrawi.
