Board changes implemented early

Key Highlights (effective immediately)

• David Christie commences as Independent Non-executive Chairperson

• Gavin Xing commences as Managing Director & CEO

• Process progressing to appoint an additional Independent Non-executive Director

Wingara AG Limited (ASX: WNR, “Wingara” or “the Company”), owner and operator of value-add, midstream assets specialising in the processing, storage and marketing of agricultural produce for export markets, is pleased to announce that effectively immediately:

• David Christie has commenced as Independent Non-executive Chairperson

• Gavin Xing has commenced as Managing Director & CEO.

A search to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Independent Non-executive Director is progressing. This appointment will further enhance Wingara’s Board as the Company executes on its immediate and long term growth strategy.

Commenting on the Board changes, Independent Non-executive Chairperson David Christie said: “I’m honoured and delighted to commence as Wingara’s Chairperson earlier than planned. Gavin and I have spent a good deal of time in a handover of the role, and we are both comfortable with the transition occurring earlier than originally planned. Following the recent successful capital raising, and with the handover now complete, it made sense to bring forward the change in roles so Gavin can focus on delivering on the multiple growth opportunities we see for the business.”
