Friday 17 June 2016, Melbourne, Australia: International agricultural product exporter Wingara Ag Limited (ASX:WNR) wish to advise William Buck Audit (Vic) Pty Ltd (William Buck) have been appointed external auditor following the resignation of Rothsay Auditing.

The appointment of William Buck is subject to ratification by shareholders at the next General Meeting of the Company anticipated to be held later this year.
