Biron are pleased to announce following the General Meeting held on January 29 2014, Rothesay Chartered Accountants were appointed as Auditor of the Company.

Biron is currently in the process to complete all outstanding accounts.

Biron following the General Meeting held on January 29 2014 adopted a new Constitution. A copy of the new Constitution will be released following this announcement.
