Re: WIND BUZZ TECHNOLOGIES LTD

Further to our circular dated August 7, 2025 (hereinafter: "the circular"), TASE and ISA were informed by an entity on behalf of the Company (its external legal advisor), that to the best of the Company knowledge, Mr. Menachem Cohen, the controlling shareholder, chairman of the board of directors and CEO of the company was arrested by the police. The company does not know the reason of the arrest and to the best of its knowledge it is not affiliated with the company.

In light of this, the suspension of trading will continue as detailed in the circular.
