Re: WIND BUZZ TECHNOLOGIES LTD
Following an application to TASE by an entity on behalf of the Company, regarding matters relating to the Company, uncertainty has arisen regarding the Company's conduct.
In light of this, trading in the Company's shares (ISIN IL0011051625) and in warrants series 4 (ISIN IL0012192030) has been suspended as of today, August 7, 2025.
If the conditions for resuming trading in the Company's securities are not met by TASE's Board of Directors meeting to be held on September 16, 2025, the Board of Directors will discuss, at its aforementioned meeting, the continuation of the suspension of trading.
Written arguments regarding the suspension of trading, which will be presented to the Board of Directors at its aforementioned meeting, can be sent by email to [email protected], until September 9, 2025.
