Acquisto azioni proprie

Milano, 24 aprile 2025 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIT" o la "Società"), uno dei principali player italiani nel mercato dei servizi Cloud per le applicazioni critiche aziendali, in esecuzione dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 16 Maggio 2024, comunica di aver acquistato nel periodo 14 – 18 aprile 2025, n. 3.5000 azioni proprie, al prezzo medio unitario di Euro 14,2800 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 49.980,00

Di seguito, sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall'intermediario incaricato per l'esecuzione degli acquisti, si riporta il dettaglio su base giornaliera delle operazioni di acquisto di azioni ordinarie WIIT (ISIN IT0005440893) effettuate sul mercato MTA:

Dall'inizio del programma WIIT ha acquistato n. 129.846 azioni ordinarie (pari al 0,46% del capitale sociale pari ad Euro 2.802.066,00), per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 2.294.198,72.

A seguito degli acquisti finora effettuati, WIT detiene un totale di n. 2.057.483 azioni proprie, pari a circa il 7,34% del capitale sociale pari ad Euro 2.802.066,00.

Le operazioni di acquisto sono state eseguite, secondo quanto previsto dall'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n. 11971/99, sui mercati regolamentati secondo modalità operative stabilite nei regolamenti di organizzazione e gestione dei mercati stessi, che non consentono l'abbinamento diretto delle proposte di negoziazione in acquisto con predeterminate proposte di negoziazione di vendita.

Own shares purchases

Milan, 24 April 2025 – WIIT S.p.A.("WIIT" or the "Company"), one of the leading Italian players in the market of Cloud Computing services for businesses with a focus on the delivery of continuous Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud services for critical applications, in execution of the Shareholders' Meeting' resolution of 16th May 2024, informs to have bought during the period 14-17 April 2025, n. 3,500 own shares at an average price of EUR 14.2800 per share, for a total value of EUR 49,980.00.

Below, based on the information provided by the intermediary in charge of carry out the purchases, details of the transactions for the purchase of WIT ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005440893) on the MTA regulated market are given on a daily basis:

Since the start of the programme, WIT has bought N. 129,846 ordinary shares (equal to 0.46% of the share capital equal to Eur 2,802,066.00), for a total value of 2,294,198.72.72

Following the purchases made so far, WIT holds a total of Nº 2,057,483 own shares, equal to approximately 7.34% of the share capital equal to Eur 2,802,066.00.

The purchases have been carried out pursuant to the provisions of Art. 144-bis of Consoblissuers Regulation no. 11971/99, on regulated markets in accordance with trading methods laid down in market rules, in order to not allow for the direct pairing of buying and selling bids.
