Publica(on of the half-year financial report at 30 June 2025

Milan, 4 August, 2025 – in accordance with current legisla2on, the half-year financial report at 30 June 2025, approved by the board of directors of wiit s.p.a. ("WIIT" or the "company"; ISIN it0005440893; WIIT.MI), in the mee2ng of 4 August 2025, is available to the public, together with the report of the audi2ng company, at the registered office of wiit and on its website, sec2on "investors" (www.wiit.cloud), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "emarket storage" ().
