WIIT, European leader in Private Cloud Compu6ng, signs the renewal of a seven-year contract with a global leader for luxury and automo6ve applica6ons in the manufacturing sector.

The agreement is worth more than EUR 9.8 million in total.

Milano, 28 May 2025 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the leading European players in the market of Cloud CompuIng services for businesses, focused on the provision of conInuous Hybrid and Private Cloud services for criIcal applicaIons, has renewed for another 7 years the contract with a leading manufacturing company, operaIng in the luxury and automoIve sectors (the 'Client') , for a total value exceeding EUR 9.8 million. The agreement provides the extension of the Managed Hybrid Cloud and Cyber Security servicesto support the Client's criIcal processes, which will be delivered and fully managed by WIIT's Premium Region Italy North West and the Italy North East Region.

This renewal confirms the long-standing partnership between WIIT and the Client, in which WIIT establishes itself as the IT partner of reference to support growth and IT processes.

Furthermore, the Client has decided to adopt WIIT's Secure Hybrid Cloud model, reinforcing the Cyber Security already implemented and integraIng new technologies and services, including Vulnerability Management, to strengthen the protecIon of its data and Business resilience.
