WIIT's growth in Germany con5nues further:

Extension and renewal of a contract worth Euro 9.0 million signed by WIIT AG including the upselling for Euro 3.0 million to expand the scope of exis5ng Cloud services to the new WIIT Cloud Na5ve PlaHorm (WCNP)

Milan, 7 April, 2025 - WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the main European players in the market of Cloud Compu)ng services for companies focused on the provision of conInuous Private and Hybrid Cloud services for criIcal applicaIons, announces the renewal and extension of a contract in Germany through its German subsidiary WIIT AG, with a total value of Euro 9.0 million.

The five-year agreement,signed with one of Germany's top clients, a leader in the MarkeIng Technology sector, expands the scope of exisIng WIIT services to include the new PaaS soluIon, the WIIT Cloud NaIve PlaRorm (WCNP). This plaRorm will serve as the foundaIon for the customer's future innovaIve markeIng porRolio.

This success comes as a result of a compeIIve tender against American hyperscalers, confirming that the WCNP is a strong European opIon, both for the wide range of high-value service offered and pricing compeIIveness.

WIIT will support the customer throughout the migraIon process, leveraging the experIse of its professional service management team. These services will be provided from the WIIT Tier IV data center, cerIfied by the UpIme InsItute, and part of WIIT AG's Region Germany Center. Opening in April 2024, this Tier IV data center is the first of its kind, specifically designed to ensure maximum resilience for clients seeking uninterrupted business operaIons.
