WIIT signs a new agreement for the extension of Managed Hybrid Cloud services with a leading company in the Digital trust Services market.

The 5 years agreement has a total value of more than Euro 2.9 million.

Milan, 24 March 2025 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the leading European players in the market of Cloud Computing services for enterprises focused on the provision of continuous Private and Hybrid Cloud services for critical applications, has signed a five-year agreement, for a total value of more than Euro 2.9 million, with a leading company in the Digital trust Services market (the "Client"). The agreement provides an extension of Managed Hybrid Cloud services to support the Cloud strategy adopted by the Client.

This contract supports the Client's growth needs by extending all Private Cloud services to protect its core data and processes, with the aim of undertaking the transition to WIIT's Secure Cloud model.

To ensure the maximum reliability, the Client's business critical applications will be hosted and managed inside the Premium Zones in WIIT's European Regions, where 3 from Uptime Institute Tier IV certified Data Centers are present.

With systems managed by WIIT and 24/7 support, ensuring usability and efficiency of business-critical processes, continues the transformation of the adopted service model, oriented to ensure resilience and scalability to support digital transformation processes.
