WIIT and Group E together for a private GenAI platform on WIIT Cloud Native Platform

Milan, 26th February 2025 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the main European players in the market of Cloud Computing services for companies focused on the provision of continuous Private and Hybrid Cloud services for critical applications, and Group E, a network of players in information technology that support Italian companies in the sustainable digital transition, announce their new strategic partnership for the development of a generative artificial intelligence platform.

Within this project, WIIT will host on its WIIT Cloud Native Platform (WCNP) the generative AI technology of Group E, conceived and developed by Memori, a company of the group.

Objective of the partnership is to offer companies a secure and efficient GenAI system, based on a private knowledge base platform to protect clients' intellectual property and guaranteed by WIIT's Secure Cloud infrastructure, that integrates cloud and cybersecurity at the highest level.

The latest-generation architectures, designed and managed by WIIT, will ensure a secure, scalable, and stable environment to run Group E AI platform, processing data within the European territory, to guarantee the highest level of regulatory compliance. The integration of WCNP, flexible and innovative platform based on Open Source technologies, and the Group E AI platform will guarantee the highest levels of scalability, security and business continuity available on the market.

The AI technology of Group E, now included in WIIT's offering, will provide clients with an advanced platform for generative conversational artificial intelligence and document intelligence, and optimisation of company knowledge and information processes. Through an intuitive interface, users will obtain accurate and reliable information from the company's information assets, expressing themselves in natural language, available in Italian and in many other languages. Moreover, document intelligence features will enable to extract value not only from information in textual form, but also from static documents and complex databases, simplifying access to information traditionally difficult to find, thus unleashing the full power of the company's information assets.
