WIIT: Renewal of two contracts signed for a total value of over €8.5 million, including a fiveyear agreement worth over €2.7 million with a large-scale retail company for SAP and cybersecurity services and a two-year agreement worth €5.8 million with an oil & gas operator

Milan, 29 December 2025 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the leading European players in the market of Cloud CompuJng services for enterprises focused on the provision of conJnuous Private and Hybrid Cloud services for criJcal applicaJons, announces the renewal of two contracts for a total value of over €8.5 million:

• The first contract, with a five-year term, was signed with a leading client operaBng in the consumer electronics and home appliances retail sector. The agreement, with a value of over €2.7 million, strengthens a strategic partnership aimed at the integrated and secure management of the Client's enJre SAP ecosystem, ensuring 24/7 operaJonal conJnuity and an advanced service model integraJng business conJnuity and cybersecurity. The renewal includes the management and protecJon of SAP plaVorms hosted in cerJfied, high-performance cloud environments, supported by specialist administraJon and monitoring services, as well as advanced data replicaJon and recovery soluJons. Key elements include backup immutability to protect against data loss and ransomware aZacks, and the adopJon of a second Tier IV–cerJfied data center in the Premium Zone Italy North-West, further enhancing the resilience and reliability of producJon systems.
• In the cybersecurity area, the agreement also includes managed Endpoint DetecJon and Response (EDR) and Vulnerability Management services, ensuring conJnuous and acJve protecJon against cyber threats.
• The second contract concerns the renewal of a two-year agreement with a client operaBng in the oil & gas sector. The agreement, with a total value of €5.8 million, covers the management and 24/7 operaJonal conJnuity of the Client's mission-criJcal IT systems, including SAP environments, as well as the provision of cloud services supporJng the Client's main business applicaJons.
• The renewal provides for an advanced service model focused on infrastructure reliability and resilience, integraJng business conJnuity and cybersecurity components to safeguard the availability, security, and operaJonal stability of the Client's IT plaVorms.
