WIIT keeps growing in Germany

Renewed contracts worth a total of Euro 11.0 million, including Euro 2.5 million for extension to new services

Milan, 11 December, 2024 - WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the leading European players in the market of Cloud CompuIng services for enterprises focused on the provision of conInuous Private and Hybrid Cloud services for criIcal applicaIons, announces the renewal and extension of two contracts in Germany through its German subsidiary WIIT AG, with a total value of Euro 11.0 million.

• The first agreement, with a four-year term and a value of Euro 7.5 million, signed with a German public administraIon company, strengthens the exisIng relaIonship with the client expanding the scope of services of the Managed Cloud NaIve PlaRorm adopted, for an addiKonal value of Euro 1 million. The innovaIve Cloud NaIve PlaRorm services will be delivered by WIIT AG's Region Germany Center.
• The second agreement, with a mulK-year duraKon and a value of Euro 3.5 million for Data Center and Network services, signed with a major internaIonal soXware company specializing in SaaS soluIons for the European MarTech market, confirms the well-established partnership in place for more than a decade and expands the previous contract with an addiKonal Euro 1.5 million in Network and Data Center services. The laZer will be provided by WIIT AG's Germany South Region, supporIng the German company's mulI-year growth strategy.
