WIIT signs the renewal of a five-year contract worth Euro 11.4 million with a major listed company, a leading global player in the luxury sector.

Milano, 27 December 2024 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the main European players in the market of Cloud CompuHng services for businesses, focused on the provision of conHnuous Private and Hybrid Cloud services for applicaHons criHcs, announces the signing of a five-year contract renewal with one of Italy's world market leaders in the luxury sector (the 'Client'), a long-standing customer of the Group. The agreement, worth a total of Euro 11.4 million, provides for the extension of the services already in place through the integraIon of Business ConInuity and Cyber Security soluIons.

WIIT has been reaffirmed as key partner in the deep transformaHon process undertaken by the Client to support its hybrid and mulH-cloud strategy.

The project witness the significant and long-standing collaboraHon with the Client that has iniHated a new and complete technological renewal of the systems supporHng global business-criHcal processes. ParHcular aYenHon has been paid to essenHal aspects such as security and business conHnuity, and an evoluHon of e-commerce and Disaster Recovery services hosted in the Premium Zone of WIIT's Italian North/West Region, where there are 2 Data Centres cerHfied Tier IV by the UpHme InsHtute, was undertaken.

At the same Hme, the Client's Hybrid Cloud strategy conHnues, reconfirming to WIIT the Managed Edge Cloud services of the systems hosted in its Data Centres, guaranteeing the operaHon of criHcal processes such as logisHcs and retail.

The Customer also decided to acHvate WIIT's Secured Hybrid Cloud model, integraHng exisHng Cloud services with Cyber Security services, in parHcular Vulnerability Management and Advanced Threat PrevenHon, to support the protecHon of its data, processes and endpoints.
