Correc&on to the press release dated April 29, 2025: dividend ex-date amended

Milan, 29 April, 2025 – With reference to the press release issued earlier today regarding the resolu5ons approved by the Shareholders' Mee5ng of WIIT S.p.A., we would like to point out a clerical error concerning the dividend payment schedule.

The correct ex-dividend date is Monday, May 5, 2025, and not May 6, 2025 as previously stated.

The correct schedule for the distribu5on of the gross dividend of Euro 0.30 per share is as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: May 5, 2025
• Record date: May 6, 2025
• Payment date: May 7, 2025
