Notice of despatch of Offer Prospectus and Entitlement

and Acceptance Form

Westar Resources Limited (ASX: WSR ) ( Westar or the Company ) confirms that the Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Form in connection with the non-renounceable entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer), as announced to ASX on 6 April 2023, was despatched to eligible shareholders today.

The Entitlement Offer opens today, 18 April 2023, and is expected to close at 5.00pm (AWST) on 28 April 2023 (unless extended). Application monies must be received prior to this time, in accordance with the terms of the Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Form.
