Description
Westar Resources Limited (‘WSR’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 16 December 2020.
Official quotation of WSR’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 10:30 am AEDT on Thursday, 17 December 2020.
WSR raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 23 October 2020 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 25,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
