Annual General Meeting

Westar Resources Limited (ASX: WSR ) ( Westar or the Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday 16 November 2023.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday 5 October 2023.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00 pm (Perth time).
